Billing Assistant

Responsible for inward of Raw Materials, inventory material, job work, construction, fabrication related items, Unpritned Films , Wooden Box etc.

2. Responsible for verifying the inward material bills, required certificates, packing slips , E-Way bills etc…

3. Responsible for pasting Barcode sticker on product. Generate stickers from SAP.

4. Responsible for verifying weight of product and then sticker on product and move that product on respective locations.

5. Responsible for SAP inward entry of Raw Material, construction material, inventory items using T- Code – MIGO_GR.

6. Responsible for SAP Inward Entry of Job work product using T- Code – MIGO

7. Responsible for Sticker generation in SAP using T- code – ZMM09.

8. Responsible for verifying bills of products in which verifying of weight, quantity etc.

9. Responsible for providing guidance to unloading helper.

10. Responsible for verifying the proper storage of materials on pallets by unloader

11. Responsible for informing the QC department whenever it requires for verifying material quality before unloading of materials

12. Responsible for informing to purchase department for any problem in products.

13. Responsible for supervise the work of unloader while unloading of materials

14. Responsible for checking all helpers and unloader are following procedure and wearing require safety equipments.

15. Responsible for doing entries of Returnable Gate pass in register and transfer signed gate passes to stores

16. Responsible for doing entries of Quality certificates and transfer to Quality department

17. Responsible for maintaining 5S at their workplace

18. Responsible for doing work as per ISO and BRCGS standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
