Maintenance Technician

• 1.Responsible for creation and implementation of best practice maintenance ,strategy, processes and procedures to improve operation performance.
• 2.Responsible for taking initiative and projects and review and communicate the impact on maintenance activities.
• 3.Responsible for resolving maintenance issues in each shift by providing proper guidance to maintenance team.
• 4.Responsible for small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and effective work.
• 5.Responsible for daily or weekly checking and ensuring smooth operation of site.
• 6. Responsible for developing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• 7.Responsible for ensuring and maintaining engineering data in the system.
• 8.Responsible for scheduling both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned down time.
• 9.Responsible for managing the team and their shift management.
• 10.Responsible for optimising equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.

• 11.Responsible for ensuring routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
• 12.Responsible for ensuring that buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
• 13.Responsible for clear accountability for maintenance material and also manage their expenditure.
• 14.Responsible for maintaining equipment data storage.
• 15.Responsible for managing the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment and also managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties.
• 16.Responsible for managing the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipments.
• 17.Responsible for attending various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
• 18.Responsible for producing written reports.
• 19.Responsible for performing root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• 20.Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities with the organisation.

• 39.Responsible for product creations of spare parts related technical information providing to store department.
• 40.Responsible for solving of difficult electrical and mechanical problems.

• 41.Responsible for new developments in factory like civil work drawing, related to electrical and mechanical erection work.
• 42.Responsible for inspection of utility area like air compressor, chillier, transformers, GCB panel, other electrical panel.
• 43.Responsible for providing Standard Operational Procedure of the new installed machine.
• 44.Responsible for doing proper planning of maintenance of the machine while staggering at factory.
• 45.Responsible for solving of breakdowns in night shifts and also available in night of there is any necessity.

46. Responsible for compliance of the Product Safety team as per HARA system requirements.

47. Responsible for periodical review of the HARA system

48. Responsible for the maintenance of the proper sanitation & hygiene condition in the plant & personnel

49. Responsible for production staff on quality / Product safety problem and quality / Product safety awareness.

50. Verify records ensuring adherence to HARA and its implementation, verification, auditing and reporting to the team leader.

51. Implements hygienic control to the plant, checks for hygienic conditions and sanitary activities ensures that all Product contact surfaces are clean, the drains are clean and water storage tanks are cleaned as per schedule.

52. Ensure the processing equipment works properly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
