Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Engineer at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the upkeep and maintenance of our resort/hotel facilities. If you are a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, then this role is perfect for you. **Role Overview:** - Perform general maintenance tasks on building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Conduct repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, and other household items. - Maintain woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other related elements. - Carry out mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and automotive equipment. - Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, prepare reports, and submit them in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experienced in Maintenance role at a hotel or resort. - Knowledge of household repairs such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. - Engaging and welcoming personality. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for creating exceptional experiences for guests. - Excellent communication skills. - Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. - Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort. - Knowledge of household repairs including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. - Engaging and welcoming personality. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for creating exceptional experiences for all guests. - Excellent communication skills. - Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. - Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
