Bill Counter Staff

Job Purpose:

The Bill Counter Staff will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing cash transactions, and providing a smooth and friendly checkout experience to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and handle billing at the counter efficiently and accurately.
• Collect payments (cash, UPI, cards) and issue receipts/tickets.
• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile at end of shift.
• Ensure billing system and POS machine are functioning smoothly.
• Handle customer queries related to tickets, activities, and payments.
• Maintain discipline, courtesy, and professional behavior at all times.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues immediately to management.
• Assist in guiding customers towards activity counters when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum +2 / Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in billing/cash handling (preferably in retail, tourism, or hospitality).
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
• Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
