Bill collection Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers for collection of pending invoices or payments.
• Maintain daily records of collections and report to the accounts department.
• Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, and visits for timely payments.
• Ensure collection targets are met as per company requirements.
• Collect and deposit cash/cheques to the bank as instructed.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate issues related to payment delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice disputes or clarifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of receipts and submit reports regularly.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/invoicing and payment terms.
• Ability to travel locally for collections.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Trustworthy and responsible in handling cash/cheques.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate (Preferred: Commerce background)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
