We are currently seeking bilingual individuals fluent in both English and Hindi to join our growing team! As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in both English and Hindi
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
