Must Have skills:

  1. Hadoop Administration (Cloudera CDP/CDH, Hortonworks HDP)

    – hands-on experience in setup, configuration, and support.

  2. Linux/Unix System Administration

    – strong knowledge of OS internals, shell/bash scripting, and automation.

  3. Security Implementation

    – Kerberos authentication, Ranger, SSL, encryption (data-at-rest & in-transit).

  4. Big Data Ecosystem Management

    – experience with YARN, HDFS, Hive, Spark, HBase, Zookeeper.

  5. Cloud Experience (AWS)

    – setting up and managing Hadoop platforms on AWS cloud native services.
