We are looking for a Big Data Engineer (6+ years of proven experience) to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions. You will be responsible for collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets, ensuring the integration and performance of big data components such as Apache Spark (Streaming), Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and other related technologies. You are curious, proactive, pragmatic and a fast learner, eager to pick up new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, implement, document and monitor Big Data systems to handle large-scale API data storage and processing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions that drive insights and decision-making.
• Ensure the efficient integration of data from multiple sources and maintain high-quality data transformations.
• Optimize data processing, storage, and transformation for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership by advising on the best tools, practices, and patterns, ensuring the team follows optimal processes.
• Mentor and coach junior data engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth.
