Role Overview

AR Callers

Responsibilities

Handle
Physician / Provider side AR calling
for claim status, follow-ups, and escalations.
Work on
denial management
, identify root causes, and ensure timely
reprocessing / resolution
.
Review and validate
CMS Form 1500
,
EOBs
,
CPT codes
,
Modifiers
, and insurance plans (PPO/HMO).
Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams to ensure claim accuracy.
Maintain detailed
call logs
, update aging reports, and meet client SLAs.
Adhere to
HIPAA
and compliance guidelines while handling patient data.
Support
payment posting
by verifying remittances and EOB entries.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum
1 year experience
in
AR Calling / Denial Management
(US Healthcare).
Graduate in any discipline (Engineers also eligible).
Excellent
English communication
and analytical skills.
Comfortable with
fixed night shift
(6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
Both-side cab facility
available within 25 KM radius of Manikonda.

Ideal Candidate

Hands-on experience across the RCM cycle from
