Urgent Hiring: Mobile App Development Bidder / BDE / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and opportunities for Mobile App Development (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native)
• Work on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru
• Understand client requirements and help propose suitable mobile app solutions
• Draft and submit proposals (freshers will be trained, experienced candidates should handle basic proposals independently)
• Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting leads into projects
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirement analysis and project scoping

Required Skills:For Freshers:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, UI/UX, APIs, and development cycles (preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in IT business development
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication

For Candidates with 6 Months Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in bidding or Business Development for mobile development projects
• Hands-on knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of mobile technologies and the app development process
• Ability to handle initial requirement gathering, communication, and proposal creation
• Strong follow-up skills and basic negotiation capability

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
