Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team — someone who can turn opportunities into long-term collaborations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects
• Draft and send compelling project proposals aligned with client requirements
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and social media
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, marketing) to create project plans and quotations
• Maintain client relationships and ensure follow-ups for project closures
• Achieve monthly targets for leads, conversions, and project acquisition

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a bidder or business developer on freelance platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services
• Ability to write effective proposals and handle client queries confidently
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding or client acquisition roles
