Bid Manager (Construction)

As a skilled and strategic Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the preparation and submission of competitive bids and tenders for large-scale construction projects. Your role will involve analyzing tender documents, assessing risks, and developing winning strategies to maximize win rates. You will collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs and ensure compliance with client requirements. Maintaining bid schedules, deadlines, and requirements will be crucial, along with conducting risk assessments and post-bid evaluations. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end bid process for construction projects, including tender analysis, documentation, pricing coordination, and submission. - Analyze tender documents, assess technical and commercial risks, and develop a winning strategy. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs. - Prepare and submit all pre-qualification and tender documents in line with client specifications and deadlines. - Ensure all bid submissions are compliant, well-written, professionally presented, and completed within deadlines. - Maintain a bid tracker and manage bid schedules, deadlines, and requirements. - Conduct risk assessments, competitor analysis, and post-bid evaluations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. - Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities for the company. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bid Manager and Tender Executive. - Strong technical knowledge and exceptional project management skills. - Ability to drive the bidding process from initiation to submission.
