Bid Manager (Construction)

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire bidding process for construction projects, from analyzing tender documents to submitting proposals in compliance with client requirements and deadlines. This includes coordinating with various internal departments to gather necessary information and developing winning strategies to maximize success rates. Your role will involve assessing technical and commercial risks, managing pricing coordination, and ensuring that all bid submissions are well-written, compliant, and professionally presented. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a bid tracker, manage bid schedules and deadlines, and conduct risk assessments, competitor analysis, and post-bid evaluations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders will be crucial, along with monitoring tender portals for suitable opportunities for the company. Your experience as a Bid Manager and Tender Executive, with at least 5 years in each role, will be essential for this position.
