Wherever your Buro Happold career takes you, it ll be anything but ordinary Your next roleReviewing, issuing, and coordinating responses to RFP from start to finishCreating high-quality client proposals, including bid submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations, capability documents, and approved list applications;
Editing / re-writing boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements;
Coordinating document design and layout for tender submissions and other documentation in collaboration with technical teams and graphic designersMaintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline managementCoordinating the standard information reference library, ensuring it is continually updated with current information Your skills and experience3-6 years of bid coordination experienceStrong writing and editing skillsAbility to coordinate the bid process and effectively produce bids with multiple parties
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systemsExperience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)APMP membership or certification (desirable)Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and innovation within Corporate Guideline Standards to develop quality bid documentation for Clients
