ResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities

• Hand on experience of Alteryx BA/Designer working model and knowledge of SDLC cycles
• Able to pick up and implement the FRS/ FLEXEL project methodology in the ISPL team
• To drive the user requirement gathering process and design the solution accordingly
• To keep the solutions global functional design documentation and data dictionary up to date
• To guide various project actors through the functional documentation and participate in the architecture decision
• To perform/support system testing (eg SIT & UAT)
• Exposure to Agile model, Scrum and Kanban processes, participate in Whiteboard, and Follow Jira Workflows etc
• To provide functional support to users and APS on incidents and user queries for timely resolution
• Ready to learn new technology/tool to perform automations

• To perform data analysis, data modelling & process automationAssess system performance and implement software, hardware, and data storage improvements
• Manage change management process and releases deployment, align to Group standard and policy

• Provide L2 and L3 production support to APAC regional regulatory reporting applications
• Review regularly daily and monthly incidents with L1 production support team, and implement short term and long term solutions
• Identify the root cause of the incident by applying sound error tracing technics

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or any other related subjects
• Minimum of 5 years experience in ALTERYX Development or similar workflow management technology
• Experiences in data analysis, system implementation projects

Other Preferred Competencies (not mandatory):

• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile or other related project certificates
• Financial industry, regulatory/ financial reporting exposure
• Other IT skills : Workflow tool (eg. Alteryx)
