Position

Purpose of the Position:

Key Result Areas and Activities:

Work with Business stakeholders to analyse data and present it through reports that can helpin decision making
Designing and developing reports, dashboards according to business requirement
Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts and SQL
To be able to drive root cause analysis for problems, estimate efforts and contribute to the development of long-term solutions
Candidate needs to work in near Arizona Time Zone (5 PM 1 AM IST) and currently remote working/hybrid work model is in place.

Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Skills:

Hands-on expereince in Design and Development of strategy dashboards/ reports
Hands-on experience in creating schema objects like attributes, facts, etc.
Knowledge on SQL
Experience with Object Manager and Integrity Manager for code deployment and testing
Experience with Intelligent Cubes
Experience with Strategy Workstation and MCE

Desirable Skills:

Experience on Snowflake or other cloud-based RDBMS
Experience on Strategy Transaction Reports
Experience in Retail Domain

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in BI tools and SQL

Qualities:

Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm
Able to consult, write, and present persuasively
Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones
Champion efforts to ensure appropriate development best practices and assist with strategy and roadmap development.
