BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **BI Developer*with **5-8 years of experience*to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions, creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions.### Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.- Design and maintain databases and data models to support BI solutions.- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.- Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.- Optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.### Required Qualifications and Experience- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in BI development and data analysis.- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e g, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).- Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.- Strong understanding of data visualization principles.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.### Additional Qualifications- Work experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e g, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.- Experience with big data technologies (e g, Hadoop, Spark).- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.- Relevant certifications in BI or data analytics (e g, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certification).
