BI Developer (Data Analyst)

You will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various structured and unstructured sources. Your role will involve performing statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. You will define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Additionally, you will translate business requirements into technical data models and reports and communicate insights clearly through visualizations and presentations to stakeholders. Automation of recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Python, or Excel will also be part of your responsibilities. - Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources - Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies - Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics - Translate business requirements into technical data models and reports - Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and presentations - Automate recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Python, or Excel - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field - 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role - Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (facts/dimensions) - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure SQL / Synapse (Data Warehouse) - Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio - Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation - Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing best practices - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
