Role Overview: You will be joining BMC as a Marketing Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on regional support. Your role will involve partnering with regional marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to provide data-driven insights, optimize lead management processes, and deliver actionable intelligence for growth. Your expertise in applied analytics, marketing performance measurement, and business intelligence storytelling will be crucial in transforming complex data into clear narratives that drive better decisions, effective campaigns, and regional impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics throughout the lifecycle, offering actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights. - Track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness, as well as attribution and ROI measurement across campaigns and channels. - Build segmentations for target account lists and personas, providing insights on pipeline progression, opportunity influence, and marketing impact on revenue. - Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and presentations that influence decision-making, creating executive-level reporting and narratives. - Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and funnel health within the region, partnering with sales and demand generation teams to enhance lead quality and follow-up processes. - Drive enablement sessions to empower regional marketing teams to interpret data effectively, document best practices, and maintain knowledge-sharing resources. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. - 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or Business Intelligence (B2B experience preferred). - Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), CRM, and marketing automation platforms. - Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
