Job Description

Role Overview:

The BI Administrator Qlik will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Qlik-based Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of Qlik environments, handling deployments, monitoring performance, and supporting end-users to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Qlik environments (QlikView and/or Qlik Sense), including server setup, configurations, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of BI platforms.
Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in Qlik environments.
Coordinate with developers and business teams for deployment of dashboards, reports, and applications.
Perform data load optimization, scripting support, and performance tuning of Qlik applications.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards in BI platforms.
Maintain documentation for BI processes, configurations, and system changes.
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for BI environments.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for Qlik dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and upgrades.
