Job Description

Role Overview

Beverage Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Standardize and maintain
hot and cold beverage recipes
in line with brand and quality benchmarks
Ensure
consistency of taste, strength, and presentation
across outlets
Work closely with
Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain
teams
Define and update
SOPs, brewing parameters, ingredient specifications, and preparation standards
Conduct
sensory evaluations, trials, and validation
for beverages before rollout
Ensure adherence to
food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
(FSSAI and internal norms)
Support
scale-up and execution
of beverages in QSR production and outlet environments
Evaluate ingredients and vendors from a
quality, functionality, and compliance perspective
Identify and resolve
beverage quality deviations
and drive continuous improvement

Educational & Skill Requirements

Bachelors or Master’s degree
in:

Food Technology
Food Science
Beverage Technology
Dairy Technology
Hospitality with strong technical beverage exposure

4–8 years of experience in
QSR, food manufacturing, beverage brands, or institutional F&B
Strong understanding of:

Beverage preparation science and extraction principles
Ingredient functionality and formulation basics
Sensory evaluation and quality control

Knowledge of
food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced, scale-driven setup
