Job Description

Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails, shakes, smoothies, juices, specialty teas, and coffee-based beverages. Develop and maintain signature mocktail recipes to match the restaurant’s brand and theme. Ensure high standards of garnishing, presentation, and consistency in all beverages. Greet customers warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations when needed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista/bartender station as per FSSAI and restaurant standards. Manage inventory of bar supplies, syrups, fruits, ice, glassware, and coffee beans. Handle bar equipment (blenders, coffee machines, juicers, etc.) with care and efficiency. Ensure beverages are prepared quickly during peak hours without compromising quality. Coordinate with the serving team for smooth order flow. Upsell beverages by suggesting pairings with food and promoting special drinks. Stay updated on beverage trends and suggest innovative ideas for seasonal me
