Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Beverage Specialist at THE Chilli & Cheese Co. located in Gandhinagar. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Beverage Specialist with expertise in both coffee and cocktail preparation. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role blends the creativity of a barista with the flair of a bartender, ideal for someone who thrives in both fast-paced café and lounge environments. We are looking for: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other specialty beverages. Craft and serve a range of non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and mixed drinks. Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, spirits, and cocktail techniques. Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Ensure beverage station cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Restock and manage inventory of bar and café supplies, including mixers, coffee beans, and garnishes. Create seasonal or signature drinks in collaboration with the team. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, shakers, blenders, and other bar equipment. Handle customer payments accurately using POS systems. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a barista and/or bartender (1–2 years minimum preferred). Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and drink mixing techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure. Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
