Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Calls:

  Handle client calls, provide information on translation services, and reach out to prospective clients.

• Translation Services:

  Deliver accurate verbal and written translations of legal documents and communications in English, ensuring proper legal terminology.

• Client Case Updates:

  Keep clients informed about case progress, timelines, and translation updates.

• Appointment Scheduling:

  Schedule appointments for new clients and communicate details effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in sales or client support roles.
• Strong proficiency in

  Bengali and English

  (verbal & written).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
