As an EDI Enrollment Analyst at PracticeSuite, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues by resolving enrollment issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Answering incoming enrollment emails and phone calls to address customer concerns promptly. - Researching missing remittances and enrollment-related claim rejections. - Offering internal support to the Onboarding, Implementation, Sales, or Support teams on enrollment-related calls and issues. To excel in this role, the successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a team player. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills, especially with customers. - Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. - Energetic and engaging phone presence with customers. - Positive attitude, hardworking, and a team player. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Internet applications.
