Job Responsibilities – Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher & 3 Year Experience)

• Managing Bench Consultants – Work with IT professionals on the bench, understand their skills, and market them effectively.
• Job Search & Marketing – Source job opportunities for consultants by reaching out to vendors, clients, and job portals.
• Building & Maintaining Vendor Relations – Develop strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Contact potential employers through calls, emails, and networking to secure job placements.
• Negotiation & Rate Finalization – Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and client expectations for smooth onboarding.
• Documentation & Compliance – Ensure all necessary documents (work authorization, resumes, contracts) are up to date.
• Coordination & Follow-ups – Keep track of interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes with clients and consultants.
• Database Management – Maintain and update records of consultants, job submissions, and client communications.
• Learning & Development – Stay updated on IT technologies, recruitment trends, and vendor relationships to improve effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with account managers, recruiters, and HR teams for smooth recruitment operations.

US IT Recruiter – Job Description

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our clients across the United States. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and conduct initial interviews.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with consultants.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).

OPT Recruiter – Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic OPT Recruiter to support and place international students on OPT, CPT, STEM-OPT, and H1B across multiple technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with OPT candidates from universities, consultants, and training institutes.
• Market candidates’ profiles to vendors and clients for project placement.
• Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for quick placement.
• Guide candidates on interview preparation and project support.
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment (preferred, but freshers with strong communication can apply).
• Familiarity with US staffing and placement cycle.
• Good networking skills with candidates and vendors.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
