Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing (Hyderabad | US Shift)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid)

Shift: US Timings (7 PM – 4 AM IST)

Experience: 1–3 years in US IT Bench Sales

Role Overview: We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to market our W2/C2C consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities: Market consultants via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals

Build & share consultant hotlist; onboard new vendors

Submit tailored resumes and coordinate interviews

Negotiate rates, terms, and closures

Maintain compliance & update ATS/CRM

Requirements:1–3 years US IT Bench Sales experience with vendor network

Knowledge of C2C/W2 hiring models, visa categories & rate negotiations

Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, CEIPAL/JobDiva/Bullhorn

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
