Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT staffing, with a focus on marketing bench consultants to potential clients and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultant Marketing: Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to vendors and clients for suitable job opportunities.
• Client & Vendor Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
• Requirement Analysis: Source job requirements from various channels and match them with consultant profiles.
• Negotiation: Handle rate negotiations with vendors and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the onboarding process for consultants.
• Database Management: Maintain and update records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to US staffing and immigration policies, including tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Bench Sales or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate rates and close deals.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of US tax terms and visa classifications.
