Job Description

Role: Belsim Consultant

Location: Wipro PAN India

Role & responsibilities

Should have knowledge of working in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in
Production Accounting
or Tank Farm Operations Division) and /or delivered Production Accounting solution to Oil and Gas clients.
Must have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, blending operations, product distribution.
Must be familiar with typical Production Accounting business processes, functional requirements, Fit-Gap analysis, integration of Production accounting with other applications and data visualization.
Must have hands on experience on configuring production accounting model and works flow on VALI 5.0 platform.
Must have skill to troubleshoot issues if model encounters difficulties to converge.
Must have skill to generate and update if required daily mass and energy balance reports.
Must have hands-on experience of Refinery / Petrochemicals Production accounting tools such as
Belsim
Vali, Sigmafine, Error Solver, Honeywell PAR.
Perform and troubleshoot daily and hourly convergence run for production accounting and generate report.
Candidate will be required to train / upskill resources on Production accounting.
