Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with luggage to and from rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features, facilities, and hotel amenities.
Handle guest luggage storage and retrieval.
Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage area.
Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping for guest requests.
Assist in arranging transportation (taxi, auto, etc.) when requested.
Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
