Behavioral Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, case history taking, and psychological evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using CBT and other behavioral approaches.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other care providers.
• Educate patients and families about behavioral techniques and coping mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Handle crisis interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field (M.Phil preferred).
• Certification or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other behavioral therapies is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or mental health setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with psychiatric hospital environments.
• Experience in handling patients with conditions like ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.
• Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and psychological assessments.

Pay: ₹13,360.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
