Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Surat. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with children, supporting their behavioral and emotional development, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis Background in Psychology and Working With Children Strong Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Masters in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field Experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus
