Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist/Psychologist located in Bengaluru. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions. The therapist will work closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis to track progress, as well as regular communication with parents and caregivers to support their involvement in the treatment process. Qualifications Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Background in Psychology Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disorders Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Certification as a Behavioral Therapist or equivalent qualification Relevant experience in pediatric intervention services is a plus
