Behavioral Therapist

Qualification: B.A./M.A. Psychology or Other Certification in Behaviour Therapy and Psychology.

DESCRIPTION

As a Therapist or Educator, you will:

• Work in a multidisciplinary team to support the developmental, educational, and behavioral needs of children.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure progress and well-being of each child.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach
• Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative setting
• Good observation, documentation, and reporting skills

Behavioral Therapist:

• Deep understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
• Capable of behavior assessments, skill training, and tracking progress
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders

Pay: ₹9,815.72 - ₹12,000.00 per month
