Job Purpose

To assess, plan, and implement individualized behavioral and educational interventions for children with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges, ensuring holistic growth and improved functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and educational assessments to identify individual needs.
  
• Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  
• Provide behavioral therapy using evidence-based practices such as ABA and behavior modification techniques.
  
• Deliver special education support tailored to each childs learning and developmental requirements.
  
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare periodic progress reports.
  
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Conduct parent training and guidance sessions to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.
  
• Support the development of communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, child safety, and confidentiality policies.
  
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development programs.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  
• Diploma/Certification in Special Education (RCI recognized preferred).
  
• Certification or training in Behavioral Therapy / ABA is an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience working with children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.).
  
• Freshers with relevant certification and supervised training may also be considered.
