BEE Certified Energy Auditor

As an Energy Auditor at the Centre for Research in Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization (CREED), IIT Ropar, located in Rupnagar, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits, performing inspections, evaluating energy efficiency opportunities, and developing energy management strategies to optimize energy use. Your role will involve working closely with clients to provide advice and recommendations that improve energy performance and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct energy audits - Perform inspections - Evaluate energy efficiency opportunities - Develop energy management strategies - Provide advice and recommendations to clients **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in conducting energy audits and knowledge of energy efficiency measures - Proficiency in inspection and auditing processes related to energy systems - Strong background in energy management and implementation of sustainable energy practices - Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships - Certification from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) as an Energy Auditor - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field - Experience in renewable energy and decarbonization is a plus You will be part of the KISEM project, which is being executed under CREED, and will play a vital role in optimizing energy use and improving sustainability for clients.,
