We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician cum Body Therapist to join our growing team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform beauty and body treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, scrubs, and body polishing. Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment rooms and equipment. Conduct client consultations to assess skin/body type and recommend appropriate treatments. Deliver luxury spa experiences consistent with The Aesthetic Co.’s brand standards. Support in promoting treatment packages, memberships, and retail products. Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the service journey. Assist in inventory management, room setup, and replenishment of treatment materials. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in beauty and body therapy. Skills & QualificationsDiploma or certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Spa & Wellness. 2+ years of experience in a luxury salon, spa, or aesthetic clinic. Strong technical expertise in facials, waxing, massages, manicure/pedicure, and body therapies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Attention to detail, professional grooming, and a calm, empathetic demeanor. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet high service standards.
