Role Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, creative flair, and expertise in nail care and art. You will play a key role in enhancing our client experience by delivering luxury nail treatments in line with The Aesthetic Co.’s premium standards. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, acrylic nails, nail art, and spa treatments. Advise clients on nail care and recommend suitable treatments. Keep up with the latest nail trends, designs, and techniques to offer innovative styles. Maintain a hygienic and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Ensure a seamless and luxury client experience, from consultation to aftercare. Assist in maintaining inventory of nail products and tools. Collaborate with the team to support cross-services for clients opting for multiple treatments. Requirements Proven experience as a Nail Technician/Artist in a premium salon or aesthetic clinic. Certification or diploma in Nail Technology or related field (preferred). Proficient in advanced nail techniques including gel, acrylic, nail art, and extensions. Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
