Position Overview:
The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering professional skin, hair, and wellness treatments while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role involves assessing client concerns, recommending suitable therapies, and providing treatments in line with company standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skin, hair, and beauty assessments to understand client concerns and requirements.
• Perform professional treatments such as scalp treatments, and other therapies as offered by the clinic.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, products, and packages based on client needs.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained to high hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
• Guide clients on post-treatment care, skincare, and lifestyle tips.
• Assist in promoting services, treatments, and retail products to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty therapy techniques, equipment, and trends.
• Work closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth client experience and workflow.
• Uphold professional behavior, appearance, and customer service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon, spa, or clinic environment.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, beauty products, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and client-oriented approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and achieve service excellence.

Salary Range - 12000 - 15000
