Sales Sale memberships and package Upsell, cross sell salon services to bring in the business Supervision and Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service. Manage schedules, assign tasks, and delegate duties. Address staff performance issues and provide constructive feedback. Hiring and onboarding new staff. Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. Resolve guest issues and find solutions to ensure satisfaction. Front Desk Operations: Manage Appointment, guest registration. Maintain accurate records and reports. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and functional. Handle cash handling and financial transactions. Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory. Process invoices and payments. Prepare reports and analyze data Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 05/08/2025
