Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Indore for the role of a Beauty Consultant. As a Beauty Consultant, you will provide excellent customer service, offer guidance on skincare and beauty products, and enhance the customer's shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding product features, recommending suitable skincare or beauty solutions, promoting retail sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an engaging and welcoming in-store environment to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and its effective use
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Passion for beauty and self-care combined with a commitment to providing personalized recommendations
• Previous experience in beauty consultancy or a related role is a plus
