Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide personalized beauty consultations based on their needs.

Demonstrate and explain the use of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.

Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and techniques.

Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing counter/store display.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Ensure proper stock management and timely reporting of shortages.

Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate.

Prior experience in retail / beauty / cosmetics industry preferred (not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for beauty, grooming, and personal care.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals.

Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
