Beauty Advisor

Role Overview: As a Beauty Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized services to customers by helping them choose the most suitable cosmetics. You will showcase various makeup techniques, offer product recommendations based on individual needs, and educate customers on details such as ingredients, application methods, and pricing. Your success in this role will depend on your customer-service orientation and extensive knowledge of beauty products. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide demonstrations on the proper use of makeup and skincare items - Recommend complementary beauty products and identify customer preferences - Assist clients in finding desired products and ensure attractive product presentation on shelves - Explain product usage, offer skincare advice, and inform customers about pricing and promotions - Restock products as needed to maintain inventory levels Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role, preferably in retail with customer service experience - Solid understanding of makeup, hair care, and skincare products - Ability to effectively demonstrate and promote beauty items on the spot - Knowledge of products suitable for different skin types - Excellent communication skills and ability to stay composed during busy periods - High school diploma required; additional education in Cosmetology or related field is advantageous This full-time, permanent position offers a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a beauty advisor and be able to work in person.
