Job Description

We are looking for a Female Beauty Advisor to join our Purplle retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, customer-focused, and skilled in providing personalized product recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their beauty and skincare needs
• Recommend suitable products based on skin type, concerns, and preferences
• Demonstrate products and explain usage, benefits, and ingredients
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and store hygiene
• Stay updated on new launches, promotions, and beauty trends
• Handle billing support and assist in stock management
• Ensure excellent customer service and repeat visits

Eligibility & Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum qualification: Graduation
• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor / Sales Executive is an advantage
• Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary

15000 – ₹19000 per month + incentives (based on experience)
