Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor, located in New Delhi. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice on skincare and beauty routine, ensuring excellent customer service, and staying updated with the latest beauty trends and products. The role also involves achieving retail sales targets and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications

• Possess comprehensive knowledge in Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong Product Knowledge and familiarity with the latest beauty trends
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Proven experience in Retail Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant certification or coursework in beauty, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus
