Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide personalized beauty consultations, guide customers in selecting suitable products, and demonstrate product usage techniques. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, building lasting customer relationships, sharing beauty and skincare expertise, and achieving sales targets. You will also maintain product displays and stay updated on new trends and product launches in the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong expertise in Product Knowledge and the ability to provide tailored product recommendations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive and lasting relationships with customers
• Experience in Retail Sales with a solid understanding of sales techniques
• A passion for the beauty industry and keeping updated on the latest trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional certification or training in beauty, cosmetology, or skin care is a plus
