LoveChild aims to make beauty both accessible and empowering for everyone, breaking social barriers and offering guidance through its Cosmo-Wellness Journal—featuring tips, hacks, and recommendations by Masaba Gupta. Inspired by Masaba’s personal journey, the brand focuses on addressing unmet consumer needs while promoting beauty as a holistic expression of well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor based in Noida. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers by providing personalized product recommendations, demonstrating product use, and addressing any beauty or skincare inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product displays, achieving sales targets, staying updated with new product launches, and building long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional shopping experience at LoveChild by Masaba.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Cosmetology, Skin Care, and associated practices
Comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers about LoveChild products
Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales goals effectively
Passion for beauty and wellness, with an empathetic and inclusive approach to customer interactions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic retail environments
Prior experience in a beauty or skincare retail role is an advantage
