Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Delhi, India. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating product knowledge, and assisting customers with product selection. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, staying updated on the latest beauty trends, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales. The Beauty Advisor will also handle inventory management and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of beauty products, skincare solutions, and makeup application
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations
• Inventory management and product display maintenance skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus
