Role Overview: As a Beauty Adviser at Protouch, based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in providing expert beauty advice to customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting the right skincare and haircare products, demonstrating product usage, selling products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a strong knowledge of the products and actively participate in retail sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert beauty advice to customers - Assist customers in selecting skincare and haircare products - Demonstrate product usage to customers - Sell skincare and haircare products - Ensure top-notch customer service - Maintain strong product knowledge - Participate actively in retail sales activities Qualifications: - Expertise in Cosmetology - Strong product knowledge of skincare and beauty products - Excellent customer service skills - Experience in retail sales - In-depth knowledge of skincare - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a team - Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (Note: Haircare expertise and experience as a Hair Advisor will be considered a strong plus),
