Job Description

Purpose

To deliver high-quality, practical, and industry-aligned vocational training in Beauty & Cosmetology, with two dedicated trainers, ensuring strong skill acquisition, discipline, and readiness for employment or entrepreneurship among participants.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct well-structured theory and practical sessions for batches of 25–30 participants.
Follow the approved Beauty & Cosmetology training curriculum, ensuring delivery of 150–155 total instructional hours.
Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and performance tracking sheets.
Support midline and final skill assessments, including both internal and external evaluations.
Guide participants in self-employment opportunities, product/service demonstrations, and ONDC onboarding.
Ensure trainees uphold high standards of discipline, attendance, and active engagement throughout the course.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / Certified Professional in Beauty & Cosmetology.
2–5 years of hands-on or teaching experience in Beauty & Cosmetology.
Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Sensitivity and ability to work effectively with underprivileged communities and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

100% course completion by enrolled participants.
≥75% of trainees achieve employable proficiency in assessments.
80% of participants transition into employment or self-employment after training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
